Génération de conditions d’entrée turbulentes

Summary in english: the objective of this master 2 project is to build a low order dynamical model to generate inflow conditions for the numerical simulation of a turbulent channel flow. The dynamics in a precursor periodic simulation will be used to build this model, making use of Proper Orthogonal Decomposition (POD). The candidate should be familiar with fluid mechanics and turbulent flows. Ideally he would have some knowledge about fluid flow analysis using POD or spectral analysis, and he is motivated by scientific computing in Fortran and /or Matlab.
